FWT Fan Zone Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the FWT Fan Zone, operated by FWT Management SA, Route de Verbier 115, 1936 Verbier, Switzerland ("FWT"). They apply to pre-registration now and to membership once it opens. Some services described here are not open yet; they will only apply when they are available.

2. Pre-registration

Pre-registration is free. It is a request to be invited when the Fan Zone membership opens. It is not an account, and it does not guarantee an invitation, a membership, a place or a launch date. We may change, delay or cancel the launch.

You must give your own email address and confirm that you are 16 or older. You can ask us to remove your pre-registration at any time by emailing fans@freerideworldtour.com.

3. Membership and accounts

When membership opens, creating an account will be free. The Fan Zone is for people aged 16 and over, and you confirm this when you create your account. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your password confidential, and to hold only one account. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Using the Fan Zone fairly

You agree not to: use automation, multiple identities or other manipulation of points, votes or rankings; interfere with the security or operation of the service; access other people's data; or use the Fan Zone for anything unlawful.

5. Games, points and prizes

Predictions, quizzes, points and rankings are part of the Fan Zone experience. Specific game rules and any prize terms will be published separately before the relevant games open, and will apply alongside these terms. Points have no cash value.

6. Your content and moderation

Where you submit comments, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it is lawful and respectful. You keep ownership of your content and give FWT a non-exclusive, free licence to host, display and moderate it within the Fan Zone. FWT may review, refuse or remove content and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Fan Zone, its design, the FWT name and logos, photographs, videos and other content belong to FWT or its licensors. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial use within the Fan Zone.

8. Third-party services and links

The Fan Zone may embed or link to third-party services, such as video players or the FWT shop. Their own terms and privacy information apply, and FWT is not responsible for their content.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Fan Zone available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or end features. We may update these terms; we will show the new version date and tell members of significant changes.

10. Liability

FWT is liable as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Ending membership

You can stop using the Fan Zone and delete your account at any time. FWT may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts available to you under applicable law.
